About Burlington Group
Burlington provides a range of collections services including field services and High Court Enforcement.
Our purpose is to enable creditors to manage and recover outstanding liabilities in a compliant and effective manner and to propagate lasting client relationships by providing unparalleled levels of service. We achieve this by maintaining high standards of training and selection for our team members.
With professional representation in the field from our Enforcement Officers and reassuringly excellent levels of service from our Account Management and Client Services Teams, Burlington provides the full package.
Our Enforcement Officers
Burlington provide coverage across the whole of the UK and our Enforcement Officers in England and Wales are authorised to enforce High Court writs. Our Enforcement Officers are required to demonstrate to the courts that they have attained the required standard of knowledge and training and our officers apply that knowledge to all the areas in which we operate; whether it be enforcing judgments or discussing repayment options with customers on behalf of our lender clients.
Our Account Managers
A key element that distinguishes Burlington is our Account Management team. As your first line of contact within Burlington, your Account Manager is on hand to answer any questions and to receive and execute your instructions. Our Account Managers also work closely with our Enforcement Officers to provide them with operational support where needed.
Our Client Services Team
Our Client Services Team works with our clients to understand their requirements, ensure service levels are met and to share ideas on how to improve communication, reporting and performance.
Enforcement Team of the Year 2014!
Burlington Group is named Enforcement Team of the Year at the Debt Collection Awards 2014! We are pleased our Enforcement Team were awarded Enforcement Team of the Year 2014 at the recent Credit Today Debt Collection Awards; another achievement for an award winning service provider.
As High Court Enforcement Officers, we have the power to enforce post-judgment debts by taking control and removing goods belonging to the customer. This provides much more leverage to the creditor and makes it much more likely that the customer will make payment against the debt, rather than prioritising other liabilities. We act for a range of clients with very different business areas and needs, from utilities and telecoms companies to banks and finance providers looking to secure assets or payment against credit agreements to SME’s looking to secure payment against invoices. We are, in essence, simply a way of reaching customers that refuse to pay their debt. What makes us different is our extensive knowledge and experience in applying litigation and enforcement techniques to those who refuse to respond to telephone and letter debt collection techniques. Our attitude towards compliance and our professionalism make us a ‘safe pair of hands’ for creditors with a reputation to maintain.
