Burlington Group; finalist for Enforcement Team of the Year 2013

Leading enforcement specialist Burlington Group is shortlisted for Enforcement Team of the Year at the Debt Collection Awards 2013.

Founded in 2008, with private equity investment, Burlington Group has carved a successful niche in the collection of arrears in the consumer finance arena. In 2011, Burlington was authorised by the Ministry of Justice to provide judgment enforcement services as High Court Enforcement Officers and has sought to diversify its operational capabilities.

Now in its seventh year, The Debt Collection Awards is about celebrating the achievements of professionals working in debt collection, enforcement, compliance and debt purchase. The competition covers 11 categories such as Enforcement Team of the Year, which Burlington, a first-time entrant, is shortlisted for.

The Enforcement Team of the Year category is judged on criteria including, but not limited to, financial results, innovation and customer satisfaction; as well as adherence to regulatory best practice and guidelines.

Commenting on the news, John Ingram, Managing Director at Burlington Group, says, “we are delighted that Burlington has been selected as a finalist for Enforcement Team of the Year 2013. Over the past 12 months, our team have worked hard to develop our judgment enforcement business, taking a customer-centric approach to effective enforcement, and we are thrilled the judges have recognised this.

“Whatever the outcome, we are proud to have made it this far in the competition and our Enforcements Team will continue to grow, focusing on meeting our clients’ needs and most importantly delivering results”.
