As High Court Enforcement Officers (HCEOs), we enforce judgments obtained in the County Courts and High Court of England and Wales by seizing and, in certain cases, removing goods. High Court Enforcement provides an effective alternative in cases where defendants fail to engage in the earlier stages of the collection or litigation process.
Where Burlington are successful, money judgment enforcement provides cost neutral recovery as the Defendant pays our fees.
