Lender Services – Asset Recovery & Field Debt Collections

How To Recover Assets

Burlington provide specialist repossession services to some of the UK’s largest banks and asset finance providers. Our Enforcement Officer teams provide comprehensive geographical coverage across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Burlington also benefit from the latest advances in digital reporting technology through our Burlington Pathfinder™ system.
When operating within the consumer debt industry it is important to select a business partner with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and specifically the compliance requirements that exist.

Burlington is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for accounts formed under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (amended 2006) and is a member of the Credit Services Association. We are also an FLA associate member and regularly host industry events on compliance issues.

What differentiates Burlington as a supplier?

Burlington is a dynamic enforcement services supplier with a key focus on provision of services to the motor and asset finance industry. We have raised the bar for service providers within our industry sector by introducing new standards of training and personnel vetting. We undertake to our clients that all our Enforcement Officers in England and Wales are certificated as bailiffs by the County Court. This provides reassurance for our clients and helps to ensure that that customer contact is undertaken by trained, licensed individuals.

Industry leading technology

As a result of extensive investment in information technology, Burlington designed and implemented a fully interactive portal, which allows clients to instruct, monitor and review cases live from the field.
The system was a custom design for Burlington and is complemented by digital reporting technology. Burlington
operatives are equipped with digital pens, GPS tracked PDA’s and custom developed digital forms, which drive live updates to our system.
Because our portal uses live data direct from our case management platform, our clients can view changes made by our office-based team of account managers. This means that our clients are made instantly aware of developments either in field or through contacts with our office.
All forms can be customized to customer requirements and all forms are supported by proof of the date and time of submission and also the GPS location from which the form was sent. This level of visibility is unique in our industry.

Allied services

Those creditors who have a requirement for asset repossession services may also want to consider the following services offered by Burlington Group:
